Except that any noob can work out that if they are announcing the suit to you AND you're hunting through the deck to find that suit - before the trick begins - that you are STACKING THE DECK.

The crazy thing is how did someone figure out something that can’t be explained. How did someone stumble on this

What if you pick a King in a pile of only 12 cards?

Uh, if you wind up with the 3 three's (or anything else you don't like) during the explanation part after they hand the shuffled cards back to you it's a simple matter of putting the other 10 cards back on the 42 cards and saying something to the order of "okay now that you know what we are doing go ahead and shuffle one more time" then just start the trick over.

The word is actually, inexplicable!!

It was clear from the moment you started counting cards that the deck was "stacked". The effects of faro-shuffling of an inverted sequence are well known. I could produce before you two piles of cards where every pair would be black and red, every four would contain all suits, then all the ranks... It only takes a different total number of cards in the deck. A cheap trick, not even close to "CANNOT Be Explained"...

But when you counted out to 28, they can clearly see it's alternating...shouldn't you count facedown?

This is one of my all time favourite tricks to perform! It’s a great packet trick and gets great reactions! I learnt this trick from a Bill Malone DVD years ago!

if the spectator shuffles with the other side not 10 of hearts on top, youre screwed... Can only be done 100% of the time if you force shuffle and have your 10 of hearts half deck still have the 10 of hearts land on top.

Goes under your sleeve and then slides back.

I can see a cutting on the front of the box, at the bottom of the bicycle center., probably for another trick. Jack in the box…your fingers, at the back change, and are seen moving, pulling the Jack down and the Signed card that had been palmed and placed behind the Jack at insert and pulling Jack down 😅

I know the everyone here prefers NOT to use the "magician's force," but it's one of my favorite elements magic! If the person selects the pile opposite him / her, just tell them that what he / she has selected is going to be the "Power Pile" (or something like that) to add back to the deck to be able do your prediction. If you gaslight a bit and make the person feel powerful and important, they'll be a lot less likely to question your actions. I'm a nasty person, so I think in nasty, deceptive ways...which is a *good* thing when it comes to doing magic! 😉👍
